Lytzen control system upgrade
The mechanical parts of a LYTZEN oven are known to last for decades, but control systems have a limited lifecycle.
The up-grade of the Siemens control system of your oven to the newest Siemens panel-PC allows you to:
- Do without a chart recorder while keeping the same functionalities necessary for the validation of your data cycle
- Get new, modern and useful features like CFR 21 Part 11, other options.
- Guaranteed spares parts for a long time onwards.

Lytzen internal HEPA filter change
Changing, curing and testing of new HEPA filter systems is necessary for continued reliable operation.
These bespoke filters need to supplied by Lytzen and carefully installed on site in order to guarantee particle free operation and validation.

Calibration of Critical Instruments
Calibration of temperature probes and pressure sensors is a regular task that ensure continued reliable operation and guarantees successful validation.
The calibration also verifies that set points are correctly installed. Sofinn will handle the calibration form start to finish, including a detailed report.
EN285 Steam Quality Tests
Sofinn assists you in steam quality testing in line with the EN 285 norm. Together with the client we agree on a testing process for the non-condensable gases, dryness and super heat.
