Market leading electrically and steam powered Aqua-Nova Multiple effect and Combination WFI stills are engineered for optimal performance and safety. Known for their capacity generating capabilities on very low life-cycle costs.

Aqua-Nova, the 3rd generation of WFI Water Stills and Pure Steam Generators, melds time-tested techniques with modern design for unmatched reliability in line with the latest pharmacopoeias.

Lytzen’s unique highly specialized knowledge in this special application of batch depyrogenation in chambers ranging from 590 liters to about 7000 liters with unparalleled air flow, temperature distribution and particle classification.

Depyrogenation Oven – ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000)

The Lytzen depyrogenation oven complies with the ISO 14644-1 Class 7 up to 300 °C. The ISO Class 7 is equivalent to the U.S. Federal Standard 209E Class 10,000. The Lytzen ISO Class 7 depyrogenation oven is without internal filters.

Duo- and Multi-batch

The Duo-Batch and Multi-Batch series are the big brothers of Micro-Batch, and can decontaminate from 10 000 to 50 000 liters per day. The unit has no heat exchanger and no pump, takes a small footprint, and can be adapted to BSL2-3-4 applications.

Electrically heated Multi-effect Still

Aqua-Nova, the 3rd generation Multi-effect WFI Water Still, combines proven techniques and modern design, offering efficient, electrically heated units with low life cycle costs and simultaneous WFI and clean steam generation capability.

Electrically heated Multi-effect Still

MINI series

The MINI series allows Point-of-Use treatment of small volumes – up to 300 l/day. These units can be used for example where several workstations create low volumes of effluent (eg. hospital laboratories for infectious diseases) or as stand-alone units in a biotech start-up facility.
